한국 로타리는 그동안의 Zone 9에서 Zone 9(12개 지구)과 Zone 10(Section A-5개지구)으로 나누어 졌다.
Zone 10은 한국 5개지구(Section A)와 홍콩. 마카오. 대만. 몽고의 8개지구(Section B), 총 13개 지구로 구성된다.
한국이 속한 Zone 10, Section A의 5개지구는 D-3590(경남), D-3610(전남), D-3660(부산), D-3710(광주), D-3720(울산)이다.
